CANCELLATION POLICY

All Scarlett Cohen French Jewellery is made to order so if a cancellation is necessary, please contact Scarlett within 24 hours of placing the order.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS

If your goods arrive faulty, or damaged you must inform Scarlett within 7 days of delivery and she will assist in resolving any issues as quickly as possible. Willfull, malicious damage or negligence will void any rights you have to take advantage of the refund or exchange policies.
 

RETURNS

I hope you will be completely satisfied with your new jewellery. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, I am happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

Any items bought can be exchanged if it is returned unworn within 14 days of your receipt of the order, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

I am unable to offer exchange or refund on 'Made To Order' jewellery, as it has been made especially for you.
 

DELIVERY

All items in stock will be posted within the UK by Special Delivery and should arrive within two working days.

Items being posted to Europe and the rest of the world will be shipped by International Signed Delivery and should arrive within 3-10 working days (will vary depending on destination). 

All items posted will be fully insured.
 

UK ORDERS

Royal Mail Special Delivery £10

Sign and insured and guaranteed delivery by 1pm next day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Royal Mail International Signed For £30.00

This will depend on the country, however signed for and insured, your order should arrive in 3-10 working days. A tracking code will be sent to you to track the progress of your order.

Duties and Taxes

You are responsible for any duties and taxes that may arise through the delivery of your order.
